This website is operated by BridgeSync Consulting LLC, doing business as CoreFlux Systems ("CoreFlux Systems," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our website, services, AI systems, SMS programs, or purchasing any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement").

If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must:

• Have authority to enter into this Agreement
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Services Overview

CoreFlux Systems provides:

• AI voice agents for inbound calls
• Conversational AI systems
• Automated follow-up systems
• Sales pipeline automation
• CRM implementations (including HighLevel)
• AI-enabled workflow systems
• Automation consulting and implementation services

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

If you create an account:

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any law
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Use our AI systems for illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer our software
• Scrape, mine, or copy platform data
• Circumvent security measures
• Use our systems to impersonate others
• Use AI tools to generate unlawful content

Violation may result in termination.

5. Payments & Purchases

All purchases:

• Must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed
• Are processed through third-party payment providers
• Are subject to pricing displayed at time of purchase

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

6. Subscriptions & Renewals

If you enroll in subscription services:

• Subscriptions may auto-renew
• You may cancel before the renewal date
• Termination takes effect at end of billing period

Failure to pay may result in service interruption.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, AI models, workflows, and materials are the property of CoreFlux Systems or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for your business purposes.

You may not:

• Copy
• Resell
• Reverse engineer
• Replicate systems for competing purposes

9. White-Labeled CRM (HighLevel)

If you use CRM systems provided by CoreFlux Systems:

• The platform may be powered by third-party providers such as GoHighLevel
• We are not responsible for third-party outages
• Third-party terms may also apply

We are not liable for platform interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at:

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Availability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreFlux Systems shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Loss of data
• Consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 — whichever is greater.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoreFlux Systems and BridgeSync Consulting LLC from any claims arising from:

• Your misuse of services
• Violation of laws
• Breach of this Agreement

15. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in New Jersey.

You waive the right to:

• Trial by jury
• Participate in class actions

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

17. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
